Report a Player&Offtopic Section

Hello everyone. These are a few suggestions I thought of on the spur of the moment as I was browsing the forums.

Report a Player/Banhammar Section
This would be the area on the forums where players could report fellow players for glitching and/or being abuse/breaking whatever rules Clawscape may have. Alleged reports would then be moved after the player(s) involved were dealt with.Similarly, there would be a section where falsified/unsuccessful reports would be stored or deleted.

Offtopic Section
This would be a nice addition to these forums. It would include the following;
- Graphic Section
- "Spam" Section
- (possibly) Music Section.
It'd be advisable for these sections to disable post count (you don't get more posts if you post there a lot) as it's a place for lax conversations and such to be held, not necessarily relating to the server in any way, shape, or form.
