Staff member reset

ok it has come to my attention and the attention of the people on the forums that there are to many 12 year olds and abusers/faggots on the staff. so i propose we reset every staff member and leave a few staff who dont abuse and have been staff for long time or earned ur trust .

to determin abusers.
check the command log any unusual ammount of banning/jailing or muting should be followed up.
the exesive use of the ::vote command should be followed up.

to determine faggots
make a new account fc them and if they say oh wtf u faggot cunt asswipe prick and then jail them they shouldnt be on staff.

to determine people who use there staff power correctly.

ask for free stuff. ask for pk points . ask to donate to them. all that stuff and if they come up with the incorrect answer such as yes u can donate to me then there not using there staff power correctly.

I agree, but this is quite an informal Thread, as I find it would be much more effective to take a vote of the sort, such as "Should Richie Richi staff Admin? Should he be demoted to mod or demoted for good? Nay, Or yay", as I find some of our staff are absolutly amazeing (shizz, camerone very soon)

Totally agree with this idea . Will definitely clear out the improper staff users that have used their 'power' for evil (that sounded like something you'd here off a comic strip :L).
