1 - The DDS is way too overpowered. Should definitely be lowered, especially with this new wilderness.
2 - Staff members (unless they're owners) shouldn't be able to just spawn all the stuff they want. The staff forms half the server, and when I go in the wilderness, am always greeted by one with claws/ags/armadyl, as they're not afraid to risk their items seeing they can just get them back.
3 - Move the Safe Zone PK to home and keep the unsafe PK zone in another teleport. This is because the safe zone is much more popular, especially among new players; therefore keeping it at home, near the bank(s) would be preferable over having to teleport to them constantly.
